nud. is built on a simple promise. what you own is RARE, what you pay for is WORTH IT, and how we treat you matters. these terms exist to make sure both sides of that relationship are clear from the start.
by using our website or placing an order, you agree to what's written here.
1. who we are
this website is operated by nud. (new urban design). when we say "we," "us," or "our," we mean nud. when we say "you," we mean anyone visiting or purchasing from our site.
2. eligibility
to shop with us you must be at least 18 years old, or browsing under the supervision of a parent or guardian. you must also be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law.
3. our products
nud. specialises in LIMITED EDITION artwork, produced to a standard most of the market simply isn't interested in meeting. every product on our site is subject to availability. we represent our products as accurately as possible, but slight variations in colour or texture may occur depending on your screen or environment. that is the nature of handcrafted, considered work.
4. pricing & payments
all prices are listed in INR (₹). we reserve the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice. payments are processed securely through trusted third-party gateways. by placing an order you confirm your billing details are accurate and authorise payment to be processed. we do not store your card or payment details on our servers. EVER.
5. shipping & delivery
we currently deliver across india. international shipping will be available in future phases. estimated delivery timelines are shared at checkout but may vary depending on location and logistics. nud. is not liable for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances outside our control. if your order arrives damaged, contact us at support@thenud.in within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order details.
6. returns, replacements & cancellations
because every nud. piece is a NUMBERED LIMITED EDITION, we do not offer returns or refunds. what we do offer is a replacement of the exact same artwork carrying the exact same edition number, in the event that your piece arrives damaged or incorrect. once a replacement is issued, the damaged piece is PERMANENTLY DESTROYED on our end. it will not be restocked, resold, or held. your edition number belongs to you and only you.
to raise a replacement request, email support@thenud.in within 48 hours of receiving your order with proof of purchase and images of the issue.
cancellations may only be made within 12 hours of placing your order and before production has begun.
7. intellectual property
everything on this website — the text, designs, images, logos, product photography, and artwork — belongs to nud. (new urban design) or its licensors. you may not reproduce, distribute, or use any part of it without our written permission.
8. how you use our site
by using nud. you agree not to break any laws, upload harmful or misleading content, attempt to disrupt or hack the website, or use automated tools to scrape or extract data. violation of these terms may result in restricted access or legal action.
9. third party services
we work with trusted third parties for payments, analytics, and delivery. we are not responsible for their practices or policies. links to external platforms like instagram are for your convenience only. we do not control or endorse what happens there.
10. what we don't guarantee
our products and services are provided as they are. while we hold ourselves to an exceptionally high standard, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted website operation or that every screen will display colours identically. your use of our site is at your own risk.
11. our liability
to the fullest extent permitted by law, nud. is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product in question.
12. governing law
these terms are governed by the laws of india. any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of new delhi, india.
13. updates to these terms
if anything here changes, we will update this page and the effective date. your continued use of the site means you accept the revised terms.
